Teen Volunteers

Teens entering grades 6 to 12 are invited to apply for a position as a Teen Volunteer for the summer library program.

TVs help with reading activities, performances, storytimes, craft programs, games and contests, decorating, etc. Teen Volunteers will be invited to special events, will receive prizes, and letters of reference at the end of the summer. The Teen Volunteer program provides opportunities for teens to interact with young children, demonstrate skills such as cooperation and responsibility, and develop good work habits.

Teen Volunteers are vital to the success of our summer program. The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Monona Public Library.
